A Benefits Advice Officer from West Oxfordshire District Council is available on a fortnightly basis to give general information and advice on Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit in Carterton to new and existing customers. The service runs alongside the successful Job Club sessions, but consultations can be in private if required.

The sessions run from 9.30 – 11.00am on alternate Thursdays at Carterton Town Hall. It is possible to drop in, but you can also make an appointment by calling 01993 861030 or emailing: carole.kelman@westoxon.gov.uk
